Salary... what does that means??? The biggest con of the company is they don't offer much salary to their employees & they don't even care about it. Yearly appraisals is equal to donation we give to pandals, if you get good Appraisal/Hike you're lucky.

There is quite a bit of turnover at the company either due to restructuring or people finding better paying opportunities. Not much room for promotions, although that is dangled like a carrot. The leadership team is pretty much set in stone with little room for new additions.
