Work life balance Contracted accout so they fold on everything the client wanted wheather it made sense or not. Have to relocate to advance in most cases with no relocation assistance. Dealing with disgruntled customers daily. Understaffed, over worked. Like many companies now they want you to do more with less. Somewhat unstable depending on the market you're in.

40 hours is required so it makes it difficult if you want something that's a bit more flexible. Going on the 2nd year of no pay increase. Dealing in customer service/retail is one thing... but always being painted as the devils henchman can suck. High stress environment, not a job for thin skinned folks.

No on-site No projects on latest technologies mostly work on legacy This is the worst company for software developers. In the name of discipline they monitor in and out time by seconds. The shifts are taken so seriously you would wonder if it’s a manufacturing site and you are a factory worker. There are too many line managers to micromanage you. If you miss your cab without informing conservatively 2days in a row they cancel your prepaid cab facility. Their notice period is of 90days in which they change your project and expect you to work on 2 projects for next 90days No support from HR/Finance for PF transfer or withdrawal.

Everything else. The promise of conversions for temp workers but instead keep them for 2 to 3 years and then lay them off. Most have to threaten to quit just to get converted. Place is unorganized and they still act like they have a culture there. Not by any stretch. All hands meetings feel like a slick preacher selling you pipe dreams.

Poor leadership at the top, unclear priorities, poor management team especially HR, red tape

was hired in November to find out the whole division was being shut down in January when they knew in September

You need to have connections in order to progress or get a raise. Objective oriented work is not a default, since they always care about you being at the office (no home office opportunities) or in certain hours. There are many professional people, but also, there are many people who are not proactive and make your life at work even harder.

Seems to think in 1950s era management style. Top down, management has privilege, open office, minimum privacy. degree trumps skill, All the things that brought unions to strength are coming back.

Things can move slow, however you can't move a battleship like you can a speed boat.

-Too much internal training. -More emphasis on developing macros rather than concentrating on the actual thing. -Good only for managers, found too much discrimination among team members.

No growth unless you want to be a traveling mentor so that means single people are perfect. Phone bill discount lower then other companies discount that dont work directly with AT&T or Verizon. Benefits stink and only can apply once a year. They rather hire form outside then move great employees up, in doing this the person hired has no clue of what should be done to improve ANYTHING! Management never visits or helps unless they want to use your office space or ur have complaints. If you do a great job with a cust and the right a letter your submitted in to a Front Runner Acknowledgement program which gives you prizes, but its a drawing so they pick winners out of a hat not out of what they letter says or who has the most letters. Bonuses are ALWAYS month late and are taxed around 50%. Raises come once a year and the most you can get is 0.45. Never a set schedule but thats what you expect on the interview.

Contract manufacturing is a brutal business and meager profits mean the company can't offer the same frills as other Bay Area tech companies. Also, fluctuations in demand make the business prone to layoffs. -Average benefits package and time off -Limited or no employee stock options -Salaries are low to average -Maternity benefits are barely better than what is required by law -Working with HR can be frustrating since the HR team is fragmented. Interviewing and negotiating my offer was a poor experience, but I don't think these negative interactions are indicative of the rest of the company.

The customers are ignorant, and like other retail locations, we are told to cater to them. I don't mind helping people out who deserve to be helped, but you come across those completely ignorant, "the world revolves around me" people who think that everybody owes them something ... and if they whine enough we are supposed to give them what they want. This to me is a stupid practice in any business because people need to learn to be responsible for their own mistakes and actions, but instead they reward these people and give nothing to those who respect the system and treat others kindly. To me it's backwards, and so I feel morally exhausted sometimes.

Management need to negotiate with customers although customers is always right.

This company is only profit driven. The treat their employees terribly when it comes to compensation - less than 2% annual raises, changing compensation and bonus plans mid year with no notice. What is someone living in San Jose supposed to do with that?

Management was not professional. They are the reason for our account to be terminated and didn't grow new business

Rigid & Long decision cycles

Always downsizing and lay off staff. Do not encourage creative thinking. Lots of politics. Like a dying empire.
