HR is not that flexible and have to check in check out even in Management positions, a lot of Micromanagemet. Some times overtime is not valued as something extra, more of a must do.

Lower salary than market "old boys's group" syndrome - relatively young workforce, but some who have been here stay, because they're buds with one of the executives Hesitant to spend money that needs to be spent. Diversity is great, but sometimes your teammates are in exotic places that sometimes require conference calls at exotic hours. No recognition - my coworker's ten year anniversary went unnoticed.

No much space inside the campus to refresh.

Bad management of work tracking of employee.

Would be nice to have better overseas opportunities (movility)

Little or no work life balance. They work for the customer, so their demands are Flex's demands.

I really cannot think of any cons. The only thing that can come to mind is the company is so big it's hard to communicate with a higher up.

Not sure currently as worked partime

Management by crisis; I don't feel that enough effort put into prototyping projects.

Can be frustrating when valid projects are underfunded

Upper management put of touch with line workers, two years of no merit raises or COLA.

Short break time, micromanager does exists. If you're able to support multiple project, you're likely to be thrown like a ball to anywhere they like

Slow growth, less money, no skill development

Actions do not align with their corporate initiatives, not a good place for LGBTQIA+ people to work, employees there for 20+ years are there for a reason, top talent leaves due to lack of career advancement and no pay increases (did not receive any pay adjustment during my 3 years there), penny-pinching mindset over everything else, very poor internal software tools.

Financially not stable company. They will let you go if there is a bad director & will struggle financially.

Some time you have to work after shift time.
