Flextronics offers the opportunity to get your foot in the door of the electronic industry as well as be part of an enormous organization with a worldwide foot print.
Communication is not one of the strong suits and team work is absolutely misunderstood. Unfortunately being a contract manufacturer you have to look for cost reductions and compete for the last penny on the table. It's like being at the mercy of the OEM's.
