Communication is not one of the strong suits and team work is absolutely misunderstood. Unfortunately being a contract manufacturer you have to look for cost reductions and compete for the last penny on the table. It's like being at the mercy of the OEM's.

flextronics is the very good base for a fresher to begin the carrier because we can understand stand and have a chance to touch on full P to P process.
