Zero work-life balance for PMs Its unrealistic to expect 24x7 availability. Saying "no" to customers is not always bad.

Moves slowly internally. It takes a while to get things approved.

The only drawback is that the sites can move to pune at any point of time suddenly.

I don't know if this was company-wide or a local issue, but payroll errors were not uncommon: missing mileage reimbursements, delayed pay raises, etc.

1. Less Salary compared to market standards. 2. Frequent changes in the top management, that creates a lot of confusion in the employees. 3. Job insecurity. 4. Transport facility is worst, your complaint will not resolved till 2 years.

management is horrible if you work as a contractor to other companies. information is not together. they make it seem easy to find what you need but you have to contact 4324234 people to get one answer.

Poor communication, unfair raises, unfair promotions, a lot of travelling for the pay, Relationship with the client is very hard to maintain and often biased, No company identity within RTS, upper management is biased and unorganized.

Night shift is little difficult

Salary considered low. Easy to get retrenched if economy not good.

The company is not for everyone. It's only for goal getters. You have to prove yourself first. I can see why some people might not like FLEX.

No autonomy, no resources and all tech support speaks Mandarin.

Upper management is somewhat out of touch with on the floor activities. There is not much automation and lots of manual assembly processes. There are an overwhelming number of proprietary software systems and websites that are needed to be successful and there is not much official guidance on how to navigate them. The orientation duration is not long enough and not tailored to different departments but is generic.

Job is highly stressful and there are no proper tools and training to accomplish the tasks that the job requires.

My conclusion is the company need build up the reputation. Do not try to hire a lot of people then announce to lay off many times, that's a bad news for the company.

Didn't really notice any cons

Limited cafe and surprisingly small office given the size of the company.

Growth is very slow in terms of career and salary

Improve forecasting to properly align hiring to business needs.

Long hours including saturday, interview or job description doesnt really tell you what the actual job is. Basically stopping people at walmart/the mall and trying to convince them to switch to a crappier internet company.

Managers are too uptight most of the times....way too much hustle for something they don`t really acknowledge...

Unable to use cellphone at any time, training is very poor, and usually things have to be figured out between you and your co-workers, do not expect a raise, expect working standing up in on place, expect angry customers, expect to have vacations denied, expect to be short staffed, your best will never be their best

Management more worried about quantity than quality. Product going out the door is very low quality.

The company has very bad management because tasks were not appropriately delegated. Some had to more than others and some did not do their job at all.
