Lot of repetitive work& no hike

terrible beurocracy that is difficult and slow to get things done

Growth is limited and management is bad

- The salary increases are for the people that is friend of someone of the top of the organization. - It is difficult to get that your boss can promote you. - Sometime the plant managers are people that is very protected and they can do whathever they want. - The values and the reality are not the same.

1. Pay hike is less

1-Damn need of young blood in top management in India. 2- All the leaders are political to the core. It's very hard to sustain such environment. 3- Job saturation with in 2 years in any role 4- No proper work allocation and track of amount of work that any resource does. 5- HR as usual is business driven. 7-No job security - you can be thrown out of job overnight. 8- less growth opportunities 9- promotions and big hikes are mostly falling in kitty of long tenured employees & for managerial grades 10- leads are egoistic and it's difficult to get your suggestion implemented. 11- Few leaders are biased to core. Though they won't express but their activities reveal the same. 12- Think surveys are taken for name sake, can't see any actions on it.
