1. HR at its worst. Totally absent and when they appear they get everything worse. 2. Every year the company undergoes severe changes. A lot of layoffs. 3. Company promises you various benefits before joining but they do not deliver. 4. Unorganised with various problems. 5. Not any career development opportunity and below industry’s salaries. 6. High employee turnover 7. Not proper induction plan. The hire people and the first day they join they ask them for providing various reports. 8. The company wants to become an FMCG but mentality is pharma oriented.

I worked at Pfizer/GSK/Haleon for many years, just about every year they hired dozens and let go of dozens. Really negatively impacted families that they brought in from out of state or out of the country to work, just to be let go. They care a lot about their products, but not their employees.
