Too many restructuring and changes in the organisation, making career planning and growth difficult.

Everything else. The culture is horrible and they would rather blame a person for a mistake then fix the system that created the issue. Even if on-site management was good, above site management needs to micro-manage everything. Layoffs are far to common, and people yelling at one another happens all the time. Do not work here
