Associate manager
benefits were ok but they are getting worse
management treats everyone like their idiots, people are let go for no reason, target goals are unrealistic and if you try to push back on management you are basically told to leave the company if you dont want to do whats needed. there is always at least one person crying in the office every week from work pressures or being mistreated.

Senior engineering manager
Good salary Has potential Good bonuses and benefits Nice events in the office Internally led webinars with external speakers Possibility to change job internally Easy to be promoted when you are lucky and have a good manager You get a laptop of your choice when you have a good justification Car allowance You can go on leave whenever you want without any problem
Peoples views and complaints are not considered Supervisors treat to you bad and no one cares Values are only on paper, and when it comes down to it, they are not followed; quite the opposite, in fact Toxic management - people struggle with burnout or depression People don't care to make things better and they avoid responsibility Spread responsibility and accountability, thus noones responsibility Processes are not optimized and no one wants to improve it When you propose a new better way of working, you meet persistence from people People are not open to new things You cannot count on your manager when you come with escalations, they would tell you to deal with anything yourself There is no democracy and you are forced to do things that you don't feel comfortable with or you don't see justification to do They treat you as baby - force you to come to the office twice a week and don't give any reasonable justification when asked Many changes just for the sake of chances Money is hugely wasted and no one cares and no one sees it People are procrastinating and have low performance, but management don't care Many practices are not tailored for the circumstances and the needs, but management imposes them just to show something is happening When you inform HR and upper management that your boss is possibly bullying you, you won't receive any immediate support, only advice to use the official bureaucratic form for reporting grievances To many pointless meetings
