I am Diversity Employee but still not getting help from my collegues. This company hires fresher but they can't survive in this company because of this issue. Women employee can't even survive in Sales . For the last 3 months Manager is repeatedly harassing and demotivating me .On every open meeting and also personally he tells me that " You are not worthy", " I dnt want you in my team" , " You can resign and find another job" . I am literally traumatized by his behaviour. HR system is not good .. We can't reach HR to talk about our problems they dnt have any time for us. I can't prefer this company to anyone for joining.. Each and every year they are hiring freshers and they can't survive here why so ? Being a fresher I am literally traumatized because of this company .

Not a lot of development opportunities

1. Office location - every day you need to spend 2 hours only in traffic

slow processes can make it harder

As the others have stated on here this place is full of Middle managment that are bullies & their only aim is to supress good forward thinking ideas. This place is stuck in 1800's. Their slogan is keeping it human, but it is the absolute opposite!

Chaotic process HR ethics is poor

Too much compliment and focus on the CEO

High pressure to meet targets without adequate support or recognition. Leadership’s lack of engagement and focus on numbers over people leads to low morale and high turnover among reps.

the environment is sometimes toxic

Micromanagement in some of the teams, favoritism, lot of biases. Insecurity of senior managers, sense of fear. HR is powerless does not support employees, and employee voice is not heard.
