Only cons - classic BPO culture. Wherein the managers make employees to work uselessly even if not required just to please the people from other continent. No backbone of Indian leaders. If you make a mistake - that's where you are gone . You are expected to become a 🖥️ and not human
I’ve spent many years with this company, and it feels like a second home. We have excellent leaders and a fantastic team to work with. The company is also deeply focused on its people, showing genuine care and empowering us to succeed in our careers.
