Pay is decent. People within own department are accommodating.
Poor management. Constant chaos. Lack of accountability.
Internship
Talent acquisition manager
- Fantastic Culture - Love my teammates - LOTS of growth - Challenging, variety, fun - Easier to make changes and react to market needs.
I can't think of any.
Above average salary, flexible working depends on the need, focus on people development, encourage and empower people to make their decision in their area.
As the company structure is relatively new, changing and not fully stable, many people don't know who to approach whenever encounter any specific need in their work. Top management people are also keep changing.

Employee

Packaging analyst

work load, low compensation, multiple priorities at once.
Brand associate
Iconic brands & products. Great benefits package! Very competitive salary/ compensation & medical benefits! Extended family leave policy for all new parents! Very, very committed to diversity, equity & inclusion (actually seems more important than driving the business)
Global policies, finance & procurement operate/drive the company, not sales & marketing. You must be a good corporate sheep, ignore logic, practical experiences & accept the reality that you are being asked to juggle with your hands tied! Senior leadership is like a clique; and only a select few are welcome in their circle. People do not leave good companies they leave bad managers & GSK/Haleon certainly has their share of bad managers!
