Haleon is a great company if you're ready to roll up your sleeves and embrace the fast-paced, competitive nature of the consumer healthcare industry. The environment is dynamic, with a lot of change happening, and I think the company is moving in the right direction. There’s an undeniable focus on innovation and growth, and you can really see the value the company is building for the future. Overall, Haleon provides plenty of opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally, if you’re willing to embrace the journey.
That said, it's not the right fit for everyone. The expectations are high as is the norm in CPG, and it's a place that rewards those who are willing to put in the work and adapt to the challenges that come with a rapidly evolving industry. If you're someone who thrives in a stable, unchanging environment, you might find it uncomfortable here. But if you’re up for the challenge and want to be part of a company with a strong vision and growth mindset, it’s a fantastic place to be in my opinion.
