Brand manager
Great working environment at Haleon
No cons in my experience
Director
Friendly and engaging culture across all levels
Long process and complicated procedure that delays GTM
Anonymous employee
Opportunities to grow and learn are massive, with lots of support from senior leaders through mentoring and informal feedback when proactively asked for. I feel included and heard every day.
A FTSE 20 company that has to find its balance. Many senior roles are still filled with ex GSK people that don't want change. In an FMCG environment, change is inevitable. Many processes are not fit for purpose and take too long. Senior management is well aware of that, change is underway but always takes time, especially in such a massive organisation. 2024 will be Haleon's year of finally find its balance.
Tech specialist
All are cons who don't want to work
Work at office was once a week, they made two days a week and now three days a week. This will hit the company for sure.
Project manager
Community of people and company benefits.
Leadership, out of touch with reality and no accountability for their behaviors, consistently blaming others. Their company motto is “healthcare for humanity” but have little humanity for the people who work for them.
lots of great people, good benefits, hybrid working
salary, unsustainable workload, lack of development plans, maturity of the business, humanity isn't reflected internally
Senior product manager
1. Work Life Balance 2. Compensation 3. Perks 4. Great onboarding process 5. Leaves(including paternity leaves)
Haven't come across any yet
Intern
Colleagues were all very helpful and willing to teach. Also got to lead projects as an intern and was exposed to many learning and development opportunities.
No opportunities to convert to full-time job.
Senior procurement manager
Great culture, good benefits, workload is manageable and flexible
Processes are super complicated and not efficient
Senior director marketing
values and President plans are positive and in the right directions with few opportunities for growth
Leadership Team - specially CMO and CCO
