1.Benefits was great during Covid19 2. Fast paced 3. SOP and workflow well organised
1. Promotion for same people and mostly those from managerial level. Executive and below efforts are hardly recognised. 2. Benefits, bonus and increment keep reduced year by year. 3. Certain departments HOD practiced favouritism among their subordinates 4. Poor work-life balance 5. No support or back up when you’re on leave or emergency

Higher level management doesn't seems like having a strong analytical and solid justification in handling quality issues, no thorough investigation / root cause analysis were conducted within internal process itself
