Have career growth if able to perform
fast pace in changes, so must be able to adapt
Colleagues are nice with good culture, good place to start your recruitment journey
Micromanaging and not motivating, management can be improved
Great colleagues and company culture
Would benefit from increased staffing to support the team during peak times
Good flexibility and vibrant culture
Slightly KPI focus which caused stress
Treats employees as adult, no need to show MC cert, no micromanagement.
Startup culture, some things arent formalised
Just the AL you get is more
Not great terrible internally extremely
Pros: • Great colleagues (we bonded over trauma and shared survival tips) • If you enjoy chaos and moving targets, this place will keep you on your toes.
Cons: • Hitting target doesn’t mean increment; it just unlocks next level difficulty. You’re expected to breathe through increasing sales targets while being paid in motivational quotes. • Management loves to “listen,” but only to gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem. • “Startup” the forever excuse for everything from poor leadership to zero guidance. • Leaders who do nothing somehow survive every restructure, while those who actually carry the weight burn out and leave. • Growth path? Only if you’re fluent in corporate flattery, numbers don’t matter as much as how well you kiss up. • Career progression seems to benefit from… extracurricular alignment with management, and professional boundaries appear to be optional for some. • The culture looks great on paper; but reality is dominated by unnecessary drama. If you enjoy office politics and drama, this place is for you.
The company fosters a positive and energetic work environment with friendly colleagues. Regular team-building activities, including game nights, badminton, and futsal, promote camaraderie and work-life balance.
After nearly a decade of operation, the company still struggles with financial instability. Multiple instances of questionable management decisions have contributed to this ongoing issue. In 2024, the company resorted to layoffs and pay cuts as cost-saving measures. Existing employees are now burdened with additional responsibilities under the guise of 'career growth.' The company's excessive emphasis on its core values can create a cult-like atmosphere. These values are central to everything, from performance evaluations to promotions. New hires are expected to memorize the core values, and employees are constantly reminded of them. While the company offers basic benefits like medical insurance and a modest allowance for dental and optical care, it lacks other standard perks. Bonuses are absent, and the offered company shares seem to hold little to no value at this point. Given the company's current trajectory, I would advise potential job seekers to exercise caution.
people care personally about each other
some people in the company are not pulling their weight, while top performers are carrying them.
good culture, Glassdoor needs to stop asking me
maybe give interns more responsibilities
