Very poor management from manager also workload is much more than expectations politics too.

Work culture must be adopted to the corporate style

A good place to work

No cons as such as people are cooperative

Traditional transactional tech company with distribution business model

This is global company. You are expected to have meetings, supports early in the morning or late at night. Most of my team is in India and it is really hard to get support in the US. Especially, when i just joined.

Growth is slow. Some technologies are outdated

Poor package for the expectation of work required, constantly unpaid OT

Reporting tools are a little outdated

salary increase is basically nothing. No one know anything about the direction after changes Plenty of layoffs Bonuses are used to punish people working in certain projects.

Senior management are dull, doesnt have business logic and chasing for awards instead of profit and grow the business

Management cancelled the ability to wfh

Company wanted over qualified candidates to work a simple role and was not allowed to have mobile device inside the building.

work is in US time zone attend meetings in 3 AM is worst

Low salary increase and bonus

1. Senior management is so inefficient that they waste millions of dollars in their overseas visits with families, useless luxury meetings and then putting pressure on rest of the organisation in the name of cost cutting 2. as far as competition is concerned, Ingram employees are the worst treated and have bad reputation among principal vendors and customers 3. infrastructure is so bad, people here share p3/p4 desktops, water bottles and even chairs 4. Working with Ingram is like getting into the world of crime, once you enter into it either you die of extreme politics, pressure or you have to suffer a lot before leaving 5. Worst working environmnt, most of the male employees drink or smoke regularly to avoid physical and mental stress

Inconsistent structure. They’re always restructuring

Priorities tend to shift frequently, which can make long-term design planning challenging. Implementation cycles can take a long time, and ownership between teams is sometimes unclear. It takes time and consistent effort to demonstrate the value of design to some product teams, especially in cross-functional collaboration.

1) lip service to being "about the people", with high turnover and cuts in human resources (!), and high turnover in SOME locations where retention strategies seem not to adjust to local markets 2) cyclical strategy changes, with little organizational foresight and preparedness 3) huge organization, with little involvement from some of the best "in the know" management -most are not empowered to make changes or to be a part of strategy decisions, so are forced to be very reactive

Difficult to expand depending on the politics

Need to further reduce or simplified process if possible.

Not well driving work environment

Long waiting time to hire with in the company. They like new people they have to trust their own people who are with them for more than 2 years.

Shifting Schedule, Management doesn't care how you'll burn out, So much politics

Pay needs huge increase Team leads need to assist more in the training process and give those who need it more time because it is a lot to learn and remember when it’s comes time to test.

These guys have removed non-Indian employees over the past year and are now hiring only Indians. This violates equal-opportunity principles.

i cannot think there is any specific cons that I can think of right now.

High workloads at times. Compensation is not as competitive as other companies.
