Excellent vacation time, sick days and holidays off. Great work life balance & fully remote too. Would stay here longer if I could
Got laid off :/ you are at the mercy of the pharmaceutical company IQVIA contracts with, so when they decide your employment is over then it's over
Senior medical writer
All-remote environment, week off around Christmas
Extremely long hours. Dishonest recruiting practices. Expected to work 24/7/365. Abuse, harassment, sexism, racism. Favoritism, cronyism. Heavy bias against US employees. Improper denial of promotions, transfers, employee benefits. Retaliation if you report sexual harassment/other forms of harassment. Outdated systems, low-quality deliverables due to offshoring. Career damage due to poor company reputation in the industry.

Work culture and work timings are good. Leave policy is good. Micromanagement is minimum.
Workload is high. Srs role has no leaves except weekends. Public holidays also need you to login.

Workload balance required improvement with standard working time

Remote roles, international teams, some learning experiences.
They stopped promotions 2 years ago and justified it with unrealistic performance expectations.

Amazing work life balance, good perks, wfh
nothing, all good about the org.
Business segment leader
My colleagues are all super friendly and helpful, the pay is fair and the benefits are great at my level, including reasonably priced comprehensive health care, annual merit increases and bonuses, 401K matching and deferred comp. Work is interesting. Lots of opportunities for lateral moves and company focuses on advancing from within vs. hiring from the outside.
Budgets for product development are very limited and require multiple rounds of justification. Company prefers to acquire vs. build capabilities. Bureaucracy can get in the way of nimbleness.
Associate scientist
Lot’s of industry learning! Great coworkers!
Terrible management. No opportunity for growth. Rampant favoritism. Laid off for being disabled and asking for reasonable accommodation.
Team leader
Company is very good to to work in bangalore
No cons specifically regarding to the company policy
Interesting topics or key therapeutic areas for each project
Unethical behavior by colleagues and managers. Abusive and toxic. No transparency on deadlines and expected to work on Public Holidays and late at night. Performance is measured by how many hours you work. Poor project management by the team. Flexible working hours but gets tracked.

Associate director
Lots of perks if you have the bandwidth to explore them. Great line managers, site leads that truly care.
Typical bureaucracy in corporate America. Exorbitantly paid CEO with crumbs leftover for the rest.

You may have to juggle multiple projects at once, which can be stressful, especially during peak reporting periods.
Company secretary
Hybrid work culture. Open work culture
less visibility and slow growth.
Good work life balance, flexible hours
Salary increments are low. In some roles, the work is mind-numbing.
Good for business knowledge and technical solutions.
Nothing like that for now
Associate principal
Flexible. No micromanagement. Decent benefits.
No stock options. Merit increases have been pitiful for a good many years. Very slow to promote and appreciate their good staff who stay. They would lose people than value them as they deserve while they're there.

Good work-life balance, option for hybrid working Lots of opportunities for progression Global company with good reputation across the country. GP practices value our work Very good training and support provided.
Poor compensation at all levels. New starter salaries often exceed salaries of existing staff. Management don't want you to know what salary ranges are accessible at higher levels. Performance based pay rises not received until 12 months later! They also don't like to talk about staff who are leaving
Project coordinator
It's good organization to work.
HR process is very slow.

Senior nurse navigator
Supportive and collaborative team environment with strong leadership and communication. The company provides excellent training, clear expectations, and opportunities to build skills in patient support and compliance-driven programs. I had a very positive experience working with colleagues and leadership, and felt valued in my role.
Work is largely project-based, so there may be limited job security depending on contract timelines. Placement into another role after project completion is not guaranteed, which can create some uncertainty.
Nice work culture here at IQVIA
No cons as such at IQVIA
Manager
People focused, value personal commitments, work life balance, transparent feedback system, multiple office sites to choose from
