Got laid off :/ you are at the mercy of the pharmaceutical company IQVIA contracts with, so when they decide your employment is over then it's over

Extremely long hours. Dishonest recruiting practices. Expected to work 24/7/365. Abuse, harassment, sexism, racism. Favoritism, cronyism. Heavy bias against US employees. Improper denial of promotions, transfers, employee benefits. Retaliation if you report sexual harassment/other forms of harassment. Outdated systems, low-quality deliverables due to offshoring. Career damage due to poor company reputation in the industry.

Tough and demanding job and interview is very competitive

Toxic work environment, a lot micromanaging and these always some new bs process to do things RUN

Workload is high. Srs role has no leaves except weekends. Public holidays also need you to login.

Workload balance required improvement with standard working time

They stopped promotions 2 years ago and justified it with unrealistic performance expectations.

Budgets for product development are very limited and require multiple rounds of justification. Company prefers to acquire vs. build capabilities. Bureaucracy can get in the way of nimbleness.

Terrible management. No opportunity for growth. Rampant favoritism. Laid off for being disabled and asking for reasonable accommodation.

No cons specifically regarding to the company policy

Unethical behavior by colleagues and managers. Abusive and toxic. No transparency on deadlines and expected to work on Public Holidays and late at night. Performance is measured by how many hours you work. Poor project management by the team. Flexible working hours but gets tracked.

Typical bureaucracy in corporate America. Exorbitantly paid CEO with crumbs leftover for the rest.

Too much stress, toxic environment

Role can be mentally challenging/stress at times

You may have to juggle multiple projects at once, which can be stressful, especially during peak reporting periods.

less visibility and slow growth.

Salary increments are low. In some roles, the work is mind-numbing.

Nothing like that for now

No stock options. Merit increases have been pitiful for a good many years. Very slow to promote and appreciate their good staff who stay. They would lose people than value them as they deserve while they're there.

Poor compensation at all levels. New starter salaries often exceed salaries of existing staff. Management don't want you to know what salary ranges are accessible at higher levels. Performance based pay rises not received until 12 months later! They also don't like to talk about staff who are leaving

HR process is very slow.

Work is largely project-based, so there may be limited job security depending on contract timelines. Placement into another role after project completion is not guaranteed, which can create some uncertainty.

Could have a better plan to retain Interns if there was an open communication

Too much turnover to build a strong company culture.

Contract comes first pay can be lower

Less salary. But good place to work.
