Minimal room for international movement

- Constant "restructuring" for better fiscal report, leading to teams being reshuffled several times in short amount of time - Poor management leading to absolute chaos in terms of responsibilities - Unclear business requirements *all the time* but always aggressive deadlines - No chance to progress outside of your current role as a tech person, leading to outside ie. architects being brought in who only make the existing product worse

Low compensation, annual raises are 1-2% if that. Layoffs starting this year Pointless quarterly employee surveys that lead to no change whatsoever

Sometimes need to work overtime for deliverables

The company doesn't really care about its employees, and the pay is low.

No cons as such there

Many structural, alignment and expectation changes firing then hiring Nurse Ambassadors. Uneasy job security. Unclear direction and training for new med.

Executive management over all of IQVIA overlooks the biotech part

Client had 'bean counter' come in and eliminate my role and my Employer also eliminated the department where I worked. I got a One-Two punch!

The workload is often very heavy, making it difficult to maintain a good work-life balance. Tight deadlines and high expectations can create a stressful work environment. Limited resources or support during peak times.

-client requests sometimes means working late -no company sponsored events/dinners/parties -promotions are slow and competitive -office politics

Salary; micro management; training; oppurtunity

-traveling can get tiresome -doctors you interact with are not always very respectful -organization and work life balance must be prioritized or you’ll burn out after a few years

The company bought a bunch of startup tech companies but they are a services company and they don't know how to run as a tech company. They are moving as many jobs oversees to low cost countries as possible. So the remote positions won't be around for long.

Lack of organisation, lack of autonomy - ultimately just a number in a large business. Management play favourites etc.

Constant feeling of job instability

Not a safe place anymore, they used to not lay off anyone but now even directors of 15 years are losing their jobs no one is safe and thats a pity as the company used to be top notch. Some managers talk bad to their teams not all of them some are acting good.

Like anywhere, things change with change in leadership and employee experience truly depends on the leadership team and peers.

Management have no input, let team get away with murder.

Driven almost exclusively by short term revenue. Truly challenged to invest in anything internally. Suffers from conglomerate syndrome... too many functional pieces and difficulty prioritizing effort of those pieces. Diversity there was also a joke. Most teams were white men and women and as you got more senior, the women left the room.

Less pay compared to competetion

The sheer size seems to create challenges, including internal competition.

Poor work life balance No other company except Iqvia ask for this role Whole lot of responsibilities given to CML. People working in the trails have no idea what CML does. Poor variable pay and apprisal. Apparisal cycle changes from Jul to Oct and gave no arrears . Average hike of 4 %
