Pay raise is very little

Stress management levels are flexible, sometimes it's a lot, but managers support work/life balance. Big company issues such as lack of clear communication between different teams.

- Management (not the manager I answered to, but the people higher up) does not really care for its employees and how loyal they are or not. I was there for 3 years and every January some people on my team would get laid off. It didn't matter whether they had been in the company for 3-4 years or 15+ years, in the end nearly everyone (myself included) got laid off. - We rarely get our full bonus because management feels like they haven't reached their goals although you keep on getting more and more work and they make more and more profit.

Throughout working there, I have had the impression that the company has grown too big. The workload was quite unrealistic, and basic information needed for work was often hard to find. Administration was extensive, often pointlessly detailed and laborious.

Salary is slightly lower as per market

Management can be unhelpful for completing your goals, you need to rely on yourself and be very proactive to acquire expertise.

Likes to give you more work without more money

Physically, mentally draining by amount of workload.
