Great company culture with growing mindset and opportunities, a lot of recognition for beyond expectation work. Good salary. Great people.
Stress management levels are flexible, sometimes it's a lot, but managers support work/life balance. Big company issues such as lack of clear communication between different teams.

Data analyst
- Hybrid work, 35 hours work week which allows for great work/personal life balance. - The people who work there are great (both the coworkers and the managers you directly respond to are usually very nice and caring people)
- Management (not the manager I answered to, but the people higher up) does not really care for its employees and how loyal they are or not. I was there for 3 years and every January some people on my team would get laid off. It didn't matter whether they had been in the company for 3-4 years or 15+ years, in the end nearly everyone (myself included) got laid off. - We rarely get our full bonus because management feels like they haven't reached their goals although you keep on getting more and more work and they make more and more profit.

Clinical research
A stable multinational company that works on a large scope of activities within medical industry. There are notable possibilities of learning, thanks to the company's abundant resources. I also had many nice colleagues, and in general the atmosphere in the office was good. Another good point was that they gave me quite a lot of flexibility in terms of work location and working hours.
Throughout working there, I have had the impression that the company has grown too big. The workload was quite unrealistic, and basic information needed for work was often hard to find. Administration was extensive, often pointlessly detailed and laborious.
