Policies and HR are employee friendly, If you are in good project, good work life balance. If workload then good overtime pay. Most positions are remote In my 10 years of career, this company offered me endless learning opportunities. Also it is easier here to change projects.
Too much competition, well this may not just be IQVIA. Getting a promotion here is tough. It’s not because you are not capable it’s because there will be always more capable colleagues of yours in line. Management and Leadership of India is in Banglore (Life Science) and mostly have 10-15 years of experience within IQVIA.

Great place to work overall. Steady paced work, normal hours, reasonable management, and great time off.
Not a lot of room for growth until you've been with the company for 5+ years. Management can be a bit inflexible with allowing remote employees to live far away from the office, they do require one day every other week in the office.

Amazing colleagues and installations. Clinical trials we were staffed on were interesting and challenging which helped with motivation.
Some colleagues can be quite competitive. Upper management is sometimes a mess.

Great work/life balance Great manager Great benefits Great salary Unlimited PTO (I don't see it as an issue - great manager) When my husband got cancer, I had to change up my schedule to be his caretaker and still work (main wage earner). My manager not only helped with the schedule change, but when my husband died, she was very understanding about the 3 weeks (1 for his last week in hospice, and 2 for bereavement) I needed to take off. And then gave me work slowly after I returned to work, so I wasn't overwhelmed. I couldn't ask for a kinder manager, and by extension, company.
I'm sure there are some...standard issues any big company has. But I have been very happy in my position. Not looking to move on any time soon.
