IQVIA is made up of very diverse business units which affords people earlier in their careers the potential to move around within the company to get different types of experience. There are plenty of entry level roles and machinery to train up people who are new.
Being such a large company, the red tape can be extensive and it can be challenging to move up because there are a lot of "lifers" in the senior management ranks.
