Hourly, opportunity for overtime pay. Health benefits.
Very disorganized, direct manager was abrasive and contentious, which lead to a more snarky work environment. Told me what I wanted to hear on the video interview which did not reflect reality. Workload was not what I was told, incredibly unreasonable. Coworker talked too loud about me behind my back, implied I was stupid.

Senior director
Some people are really sharp and if you are luck enough then you will get to work with such people. The company has presence is almost all the life sciences company and that opens the door for further opportunities.
Only the C-suite & second level of leadership makes money in this company. Bonuses for rest of the employees are capped at 50%-60% of target so that the CEO can make his full bonus payout. People are running like headless chickens only to make the CEO richer. Non-deserving people gets promoted year after year. Extremely toxic culture. People don't help each other, they fight internally to win the same client business, there are competing products and solutions being developed within the company.
