Associate software developer
Good work life balance. Flexible timings.
Low resources compared to the amount of work.
Consulting
Some colleagues are smart and fun
Bad culture coming from the leadership. The consulting group is toxic and can be very political. There is not a nurturing and supportive environment and employees are often exploited / not respected. There is also no proper structure for performance review / promotion etc. Not good for personal growth and career progression
