I loved my job. I had been wanting to work for this company for a long time because their employees always had great things to say about them. I had worked for over a year under contract, then was hired on full-time and had a great working relationship with my supervisor.
My boss was promoted a few weeks after I started FT and the new supervisor was unprofessional, verbally abusive, and belligerent. When I reported incidents to her supervisor and to HR they dismissed my concerns even when I had witnesses to her behavior. I left for the good of my mental health and because I knew I would never get a good review from her.
Good team members. Latest technology
Less Hike, Frequent manager change
