Lots of great people, 100% match of 4% of salary for 401K, Tons of OT for those seeking it.
Mandatory 16 hours OT weekly, Too many unqualified people in leadership positions looking to lay blame on missed scheduling on others rather than taking full responsibility. No job specific training programs in place. 1000's of technical errors on drawings intended for specific job guidance, Too much responsibility delegated to each employee leaving one defeated before even beginning. Machines and Equipment on their last legs with no previous forethought of downed and misfunctioning resources. They actually wait until something is totally dysfunctional before deciding to replace or fix it without listening to the great people they do have to tend to technical issues. They will not spend money on anything until the problem is severe and once the ball is rolling it takes months to remedy. And does anyone wonder why they've been having to work so much OT for over 30 years?

Constantly on your feet and moving around so the 12 hour shifts don't feel that long. Coworkers are friendly and make sure you're trained properly. Pay is really good! Easy job to learn with the right trainer. The 12 hour shifts can feel long but the work schedule alternates each week, with 3 days on 2 off then 2 days on 3 days off and so on.
It can get hot in certain wings of the building so I sweat A LOT, but it helps me shed off quarantine weight gain. Not necessarily a "con".
Chemical maintenance engineer

Don't have performance bonus, only have 13 month salary
Great people who really know the product. Good Pay and Benefits
12 hour shifts are physically difficult. The new Management group that came in after the acquisition by Jabil is a mixed bag, some not honest and trustworthy, others seem genuinely focused on positive change. Big push to force out long term employees, and many left on droves to go to another local competitor.
