We were bought out by Jabil. I haven't seen anything positive yet except we got to keep our pay and vacation from previous employer.
A lot of promises with no deliveries. Not transparent at all.

In doing 9 people's job out of university, I was able to learn invaluable hard and soft skills. I became an asset for the entire team as well as an asset in the real world. I liked the very structured nature of the business as well as having teams dedicated to HR, legal, etc, all the departments that make a business strong and healthy. Jabil serving 18 B2B industries was incredibly interesting, I was always learning and I could have switched industries at a moments notice. People were always pretty friendly and welcoming, though there not very many young people. Very strong retention, good benefits.
Management was not the most transparent nor did they ever have a clear strategy that they stuck to to see through. Always felt like I was not being supported as fully as I should have been. Spent 90% of my time in my apartment, cameras off - culture was disconnected. Clearly a boys club at the top of the food chain. HR was very clearly on the company's side at ALL times and from ALL angles. Had no idea what was happening at large with the company. No clear promotion path or ability to hone in on skills I liked / wanted to dive deeper into -- spread too thin and was doing everything mediocre-ly. Was never EVER paid enough.

Challenging Environment, Challenging Projects, Diverse Team
Unpaid and required overtime. Other than that, no cons.
