Unfortunately in a lot of respects the organisation is very bureaucratic which is highly frustrating. Basic systems used by the organisations support functions haven't really evolved over time meaning its often really difficult to get things done. The way that appraisal decisions are made is kept under wraps so, although the bonuses received are fair, you never really understood how decisions were made about bonuses which always felt a bit strange. The organisation also suffers from the age old problem of having managers that have got into their position based on length of service as opposed to actual management skill. There is also very poor work/ life balance regardless of your level in the organisation.

Have none to speak of so far.

Not so great people, especially at the very top level.

feels like high school. the HR team is totally unapproachable and rude. every departent manager hires people from their previous jobs and favors them. no work-life balance.

As a company that is growing there are too many changes like new tools, new roles, new strategies not aligned.

Hard to move up past supervisor.

Gets boring quickly. Very very very slow career progression. No rewards or fast-track systems for ambitious employees. You are expected to grind it out in demeaning jobs for years before the possibility of a promotion is even considered. Terrible HR department. Performance evaluation system is completely pointless. No transparency in regard to promotions. Limited training opportunities to expand professional skills early on. Very low salary for the location. On site cafeteria food is horrible... but free.

Everything else...No, I guess I just didnt fit in? Felt very cliquey in the ofice
