Management has jumbled vision, Theres a strict "path" you must follow to get ahead, very little support from direct boss, favorites are definitely played, pay is low.

Leadership - The top layer of leadership in the organisation is stifling all the good talent beneath them. There is limited room for career development so all of the good people are leaving. I've worked with some incredible people at this organisation - most of whom left due to bad management. It is a real shame as it could be a fantastic place to work if good talent was rewarded.

Poor HR management expecially in saltellite offices Too many projects launched at the same time: lack of understanding what is really important for the company. You can't rework a whole company in a couple of years.
