Poor management, Company makes little to no effort to replace job vacancies. They run their employees into ground and treat them poorly. Management, long hours, pay, policies

No cons. Employee retention is great.

Slow process of technology change, lack of architect support.

Pay could be better .

Site Management manipulative and has low ethics to rech their goals low salaries at production

Rough working conditions, with strict hours. Management doesn't seem to care very much about their employees (even the temporary ones).

Stuck in its ways and lack of goal congruence

Seems Like you really need to screw up to move up JM should independently review local management to benchmark qualifications
