Pay is not that good and you have to fight tooth an nail for an increase if the increases aren't frozen. The evaluation process seems a joke and I don't think it matters all that much.

Salary Growth is very slow

Istanbul location I would not recommend to join because of lack of pay and promises and not delivering them, they dont offer inflation pay and their reasoning is "we pay in dollars", which is hilarious because dollar does not match the inflation

No bonus Mostly work at client sites

Meagre salary hike after 2.5 years. Appraisals don't matter for salary hikes

- No stocks - No Bonuses - dev code roles (software engineer, lead ...) - Support for growing so-so (if you want to try a different role, it is not so straight forward) - In the last year I saw many firing happening which is worrying

Salary review is once per year and there is no define road map for promotins

Certain risks from mother company / corporate

No projects luxoft managers good but they are dummies everything handling by DXC they are doing micro mangement.internal mobility waste first should fire them no use with them. No work life balance .internal interviews very hard to clear instead u can get outside offer . Only java projects u will get more and dificult to crack it. all DXC managers useless no respect to the employees.

Being under DXC and it’s policies makes it going bad

Projects are not great, lot of dinosaur companies with lot of technical debt, not too exciting to work on. Plus it is intense pace as it is outsourcing company, there is no time to build team culture

Salaries are at best market level in US but mostly below market.

Zero hikes in 6 years for all the employees, Not employee friendly. Don' really care about employee well being

If you are in bench more than three months , they can terminate you . if you are not assigned to any of the projects, then you are a born to them.

Some projects may have tight deadlines, leading to occasional high-pressure situations.

- One of the worst organization that I have ever worked. They do not have much internal projects and are dependent on DXC for projects. Just to make billable they will tag in any project irrespective for skillset. Internal mobility is a joke. - Doing silent layoffs - No hike for past 2 years - No cooperation from team members. - Politics - Lot of high level executives are leaving the organization

In big company, some teams can have strange peoples

Salary freeze, no potential, DXC block all the merits.

they are outsourcing. we were like 10 juniors and none of us got an interview to actually make to a team, and we got put on bench then quit
