Poor HR capabilities in the location

No salary hikes for a very long time

Sometimes salary growth and project allocation can be slow depending on the client.

- really, and I mean REALLY be catious when dealing with project managers, they can behave like blind, drink and quadriplegic children in a mist, and be really sensitive when it comes to someone disagreeing with them (which only happened with two people for me, but weird that it did happen twice) - (depends on the project) I dont know if its Luxoft itself, their sales team or the managers, but they are really bad at negotiating contract terms with their clients, pretty much you're going to be a part of a lapdog horde that obeys any order of the client - okayish salaries, dont expect to break a bank working here

Low salary and hard-to-receive Career Opportunities

Better than most of the local german companies but not a competitive payer.

lots of red tapes if you are not in the inner circle

No raises, no culture, soulless management, no advancement opportunities, your time is sold to other companies

No Job security security suddenly employees will get a meeting invite or call then you will intimate financial problem so removing the employees

They tried to hire almost everyone on the bench

Sometimes layoff happen, but it is a norm nowadays

Pay is not commiserate with what market dictates

No cons all are good

Sometimes the workload can increase, but the team is great at handling it together.

No Project , they will fire

Salaries are not that high (at list from my experience)
