They make you work extra unpaid hours from an already low base pay with the promise of "growth opportunities" that never arrive, and they do not even give you annual rises covering for inflation . They do not have very stable clients and the business outlook does not looks promising, I am searching for a new job before they lay off us in 6 months from now.

It is an outsourcing company, so everything depends in what kind of project you are and what is your specialty.

No hike at all even if we get good performance rating,ingot exceed expectations for last 3 year i got only 5 per cent hike for 1 year and no hikes for rest 2 years

I did not mention any serious cons

- Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for

I can't complain, I have a great experience.

Fixed contracts so no room for bonus or pay increase unless the project calls for it in your position.

Job matching was relatively bad. My first (and only!) project I was put on a project with relatively bad code, and I was expected to learn and figure it out quickly. Once benched because I couldn't cut it in the project anymore, I have had exactly zero matches and interviews for 4+ months, before I was made redundant. This was more a lesson for myself (I need to ask early on how good or bad is the code organized, as well as the volume, on each project)
