Projects can end without any notice and you will have to go through interview again and again to get new project. If you do not find a project in 1-2 months you will be terminated.

I work remotely. The company has a well-developed system for remote work. Luxoft offers competitive pay and benefits, while treating employees really well. I'm in my 50s, and this is the best company I've ever worked for.
