Office is not big to work.

All depends on the client you work with.

Lack of Challenge, difficult to go to higher position.

Payment according to market trends

Low salary There is no yearly salary raises. Performance reviews are not fair. If you are starting without a project and can't find one during probation then you'll be terminated. The skill requirements of the client projects are very demanding/specific. Hence it is hard to find a suitable project. Additionally internal mobility is hardly working because of the skill requirements. Mybenefit points are not enough.

If your project end then it is hard to find internal movement. No proper support received from HR team to find the internal project. delay in response

They have to create opportunity based on skill set, one project got over, they have to find long term projects. Communication requires with employees.

They will try to have you deposit a fake check into your bank account that will then be reported as fraud! Don't spend the money because the bank will eventually pull the money back!

Such geographically diverse teams can cause issues - communication, time zones etc Fully remote does mean you miss out on some company culture type perks, relationship building can be harder

I did not find any minuses or inadequate attitude

Challenges of remote work are not fully addressed, company/client should solve it by organizing more often on site events, like team buildings, business trips to Customer, some knowledge sharing and brainstorming events.

Salaries are not increasing as expected

Hire and fire culture. Unorganized and bad management. Demanding and selfish bosses. 3 months notice period. No bonus or increment.

Acquired by DXC and due to merger there has been block on all expenses like Merit salary increase and team celebrations

Job security is less when people come to bench. There is no backup plan or backup projects for the respective skill that they hire people. Hence most of the people who are in bench will be terminated with 3 month of company notice period.

there kis no any major corns i see. Everything i Feel Good

Worst company I had 4 offers however I joined this company even after reading negative comments. Don't fall on WFH option , despite this ..nothing to encourage to join this company .I deployed in investment banking project where I struggled to get repository access , all intranet and interet applications .they block access for vendors and take one month to provide access to start with work ...struggling to work.
