Unlike other companies, the onsite work here is around 3 days. So if you came from a company with lesser RTO, this may be a factor.

Offers reasonable compensation, incentives depends on performance review, which the metrics are also reasonable. - ATTENDANCE IS A MUST - This is a big part of their KPI, so avoid tardiness and absences as much as possible if you wanted to have incentives, for the first 6 months at least.
- Company culture is Nay/lack of would be a better word. - heard some power tripping sups in the upper management. Luckily I wasn't under them 😂 but most of my friends resigned mostly because of this -handled 70-100 calls per day. So expect you'd be tired as hell after work 😂 - Callbacks!! Worst part of work If you can handle this though, good luck!
