Marriott Int. has a big difference between the franchise HR ops. and mngt HR ops.. Franchise team members does not mean anything for them.

lots of RAs are under agency with only minimum wage and on-call set up. Rarely gets 5-day work day per week

Open on Holidays so you are required to work some.

I feel pay is slightly below market value. It’s a large organization so progress on projects can be pretty slow

I had a BAD DOS at the time but she was let go and anther wonderful person hired

- Schedule is only released Thursdays, so that's the earliest day you can know when or if you are working the weekend - Inconsistent hours unless you insist (especially during slow season) - Understaffed during peak season.
