There are no pros to working here. It was the most demeaning experience of my life.
I’m making this post in the hopes that it can keep the transgender community safe in the US. I have been practicing HR for 8+ years and recently separated from Marriott International. They have HR systems in the US that will display legal names to your entire property. If you have a legal name that would out you, this can pose safety issues.
