Really horrible communication during the pandemic. My direct boss said that people who were being furloughed should consider it a "blessing" and a "sabbatical" which was downright insane to say to people who are losing their source of income. Also pay significantly below market and a very top heavy management team so no room for growth opportunities - would have to switch departments / teams for upward mobility, or wait for someone to quit.

Upward growth depends on which location you are at. Pay is on the lower end unless you get to executive level.

Very demanding industry overall, short staffed depending on location. Based on my experience, they sometimes don't respect your APPROVED requests off

Management there was truly terrible.

Hotel was not very organized and people kept quitting so it was hard to work as a team when there was poor employee retention

Limited help when it gets super busy. Very high demand with a little staff.
