I am currently in the F &B Voyage leadership program in the UK. I have told which department that I want to persuade after this program to the people in this company. I have got more opportunity that relates to the department that I am interested and they arranged the support plan for me. They also provide not only networking days with other Voyagers in the UK but also a one-day development day to support us. It was a very beneficial time for me because 4 supportive development people provided us with the opportunity to talk with them for 7 Voyagers (specific cluster).
