i did not learn much

No work life balance Lots of event and no family day Numbers/ Targets pressure

Work is tough, the company is very waterfall model thus painful process before work can even start.

Time Constraints: Internships often have a fixed duration, which can limit the amount of time available for interns to delve deeply into projects or fully experience the company culture.

Pretty much every single thing is top-down. Senior management determines what is needed, how it should be done.

A very hierarchical company structure

No downside speciaflly. But maybe I noticed some lack of Internal democracy

Documentation is unclear and incomplete Low work/life balance. Expected to work long hours and be available during off hours

More work in nature ... left shift work

Company cutting cost, poor management, no direction, cutting benefits, while other industries are growing forward but we are like going backward from culture perspective, no motivation as management don’t care about employees sentiments.

- Workload volume can spike and can snowball fairly quickly.

Lack of opportunity to learn something with senior team due to time constraint

Difficulty to work up the corporate ladder

Can improve their canteen although it is not bad already.

Workhours are long (But management is very flexible with time)

There really aren't many, overall a really good business

Bad management system. Full of loopholes

Base Salary is comparatively low compared to industry.

Work place bullying for new emplyees is normal. Throwing you in fire is the "way" to rampup new engineers and that begins from second week and it's never ending. HR presence is not strong. Most of new joinees are waiting for 1 or 2 years to complete based on the clause in their joining bonus. I met many ex-employees who returned bonus as it was too hard to finish that time period even. You can deduce the quality of experience.
