Low compensation, everyone is too busy all the time and it's created a culture of ignoring peers

location of chai chee building is very out of the way international US company which requires weird meeting times like 6am or 10pm to collaborate with international co-workers. singapore is late stage of silicon development with emphasis on testing house. not a design firm here. seasonal ramp up and down in workload. either very free or very busy. if you like these kind, it's ok i guess.

Raises do not keep up with inflation or competition. Another company forcing employees to change companies to get paid what they deserve.

Too many intermediate managers justifying salaries through endlessly scheduling meeting and requiring daily reports.

Salary can be little lower, but work is good and lots to learn

No transparency with mgmt at all They hire people on need basis with no vision, ready to be get fire any time

Very political, certain self centered management staff who only concerns about how to maintain their high salary in any means necessary.

It was long hours depending on what team but the biggest issue is there isnt much to be desired once you leave. In my experience most people arent thrilled of running back.
