- Manage to have the ownership for each of your projects - Seniors are willingly to help you eventho you might be not smart enough - No seniority - everyone is equal and respect each other, even they are 10 years experience and you are fresh graduate, you wont look down on you. - Steep learning curve. You learn a lot. A really good place to start (from tech pov). - The communities are really fun. I made a really ton of friends there, even outside the working hours. So far they are genuine and not be the person in typical corporate setting where you are faking yourself. - Lot of fun activities and events - Flexible working hours (Might be true for some managers)
