Employees are allowed to work remotely and the unlimited PTO reduces my stress about taking time off. There are opportunities for growth and collaboration. Overall the people are great and the work/life balance is good.

Long government contracts - job security

They provide a solid compensation package and relatively decent benefits. Started out with a great manager and got along with him famously for 2 years. We worked very well together and met all of our targets. Responsibilities and objectives were well defined and communicated. He was work-force-reduced and then everything went down hill from there.

After 28 years of dream career in Law Enforcement I was blessed to become part of the Motorola family. MSI is a wonderful company that fosters a family atmosphere. MSI product portfolio is focused on keeping people safe. I couldn't have asked for a better second career!!
