There's no guaranteed raises The starting pay is low, no cost of living raises since pre pandemic even though the cost of most things are at least 20% higher than they used to be. In 2024 making $20 an hour might as well be $15.... They will tell you they can't allocate any kind of raise for you even though you work hard and put out consistent numbers. They will tell you to try to be better than other employees and we can reevaluate later. Like what? Where is the incentive? Where is the value to me as a good employee?

Motorola is a very solid and growing company, we have a clear mission and clear goals. The employees are great and leadership is not in a vacuum. The company consistently tries to do better and everyone is encouraged to do better, and management is not afraid to make changes to ensure that we're doing right by the customer.
