Some internal processes could be more streamlined. Communication between some departments could be improved.

For positions out of the places where MSI has particular offices, introduction processes a bit slower as there are several things that needs to be addressed virtually and through carrier's transit times.

Large Corp company so you can sometimes feel overlooked.

Slow moving in regards to implementing new ideas and technologies. No net new products introduced while I was there only repacking and form factor updates.
