Management focused on sustainable growth, which avoid allays fears of sudden layoffs, management talks with employees both through town halls and one on one meetings with your direct manager. It also has a clear career path. Specifically about the experience of developing software, it's nice that the software is of importance and the reasonable freedom we have to tackle issues, I would also posit that the company is directed towards modernization of both the actual developed software and the tools used in making it.

MSI empowers its employees to do the work they were hired to do, without the micromanaging! Great organization that strives to be better each and everyday. As an employee, you feel like your opinion matters and is taken into consideration.

I joined Motorola 10 years ago as my first job after transitioning from the United States to Poland, starting at a Grade 05 level. Looking back on this decade, I am filled with gratitude for the journey. In a fast-paced and often volatile tech industry, Motorola has been an anchor of stability for my entire career here. This company provides more than just a job; it provides a mission and a reliable foundation to build a life upon. I have seen firsthand how the organization values long-term commitment and promotes a culture of excellence. The transition to a new country was made significantly smoother by having such a professional and rock-solid employer. When I started in 1995, I never imagined I would still be working at Motorola. I have to say there are so many good things about this company that I would not be able to write them all. I have been given many wonderful opportunities since I have been here. The people I have worked with and crossed paths with have been truly remarkable. The work I do on a day to day impacts my customers and the public at large, and I play a direct role in that. I can't speak highly enough about the family first mentality and work life balance aspect of this company. I am blessed to have be employed this many years and looking forward to many more.

Great people, lots of engineering talent and lots of interesting engineering work in video.

I've had a very positive experience working at this company. Both my direct manager and the department director are supportive, approachable, and genuinely care about their team. The flexibility to work from home is a major plus and has made it much easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
