I joined recently and have been very impressed by every aspect of the Motorola Solutions organisation. The products and solutions are world class, the team are great, the company is constantly innovating and growing, and it is very mission focused too. I've also found that despite being a big company they run a relatively lean and efficient operation, which has been a pleasant surprise. The onboarding/training is thorough, and I've felt supported throughout the whole process. Overall, it's been great.
