Then, everything changed during a re-org. I got a new team lead who played favorites and would always get on my case for no reason. I was chastised for not doing enough for my professional development (even though I was in graduate school), on top of the workload which exploded, and I was working 10+ hours a day. Work/life balance evaporated, and they kept saying, "Thank you for your time, upper management is really taking notice of the work you're doing." Then a month later I got let go unexpectedly. So, I'd say keep on your toes.

Offered salary was lower than the needs I communicated at the beginning of the process. Constraints were explained with a plan to address in first year of employment. Time will tell.

Not a very innovative company. Lot of constraints. But in my case, it really helped me learn to work with constraints.
