They have always done right by me. There is never a major HR or payroll issue that I have seen. The minor things that I have seen have only been with pay and only once and it was handled immediately. Low vertical distancing and very welcoming of ideas and opinions from all members of staff.
This is only my subjective experience and of my coworkers in the US and this is a very large company. Since it is so large and a Fortune500 it is very corporate but that's to be expected. They don't go overboard with anything. Very few cons!

I’d like to share my appreciation for a truly positive interview and onboarding experience. The entire process was welcoming, informative, and efficiently managed. Onboarding was clearly structured and well-supported, which helped me settle in quickly and confidently. It was a wonderful introduction to the company, and I’m grateful for the effort and professionalism shown throughout.
None at all. Been a great experience overall. Thank you.

"With great power, comes great responsibility" - Uncle Ben (Spider-man). I am incredibly grateful to have received this promotion and recognized for the effort I have put forth in the past two and half years. This promotion is not just about me, but about the team that I work with and the amount of genuine care for the people we work for and with. I look forward to continuing to grow as a Motorolan and as a person.
I personally put a lot of pressure on myself to be excellent in everything I do. My goal is to stay humble and be a servant to my customers and fellow co-workers.

Not micromanaged Workload is somewhat manageable Coworkers are amazing
Way too corporate, we are not guaranteed yearly raises for some reason even though we are constantly improving and learning new skills. Also, in this economy why aren't cost of living wage increases being considered yearly? They put an indefinite halt on out merit program, which is the only possibility we get to getting a raise and they halted 401k match in the heat of the tarrif nonsense due to "economic uncertainty" and here with are with a fine economy and the tariffs are a thing of the past. GIVE US OUR BENEFITS!!!! We are already over worked and underpaid, WE WANT OUR RAISES!!!! This is a billion dollar company, invest in your quality employees and stop outsourcing employees from Mexico to save a quick buck.

I have never met a negative person working here. Everyone that I interact with is very positive and has the best interest of their coworkers in mind. Also the upper management has always been grateful and inspiring. I would recommend anyone to come work for this company. They truly make you feel like a part of something bigger and more important. It gives me a real sense of purpose. There are also very generous benefits and bonuses.
It is a large company that is only getting larger so it can sometimes feel like you can just become an ID and get lost in the fray. This would happen at any big company though.
