Poor Salary. Less than Industry standards

perhaps the process was a bit long and i had to follow up a few times, but i'm overall satisfied

Need to be fully independent

Long sales cycle. New hires are not giving ample time to ramp/properly align with frontline sellers to develop their territory; Quarterly quotas are close to impossible to a hit year one unless the deals are at the 5-yard line where others did the majority of work.

We are not attracting the top people and the stock is lagging

Management is looking more for slaves than employees. There’s an expectation to be available 24/7, with no extra pay and no mention of that during the interview; you only find out once you're on the job. Mobbing. My manager stopped talking to me after I asked her to respect my free time outside of work and not expect me to answer the phone at any time, just because I might want a personal life. Reporting this to HR changed nothing, and eventually, I got fired.
