I'm satisfied with the overall process, all the persons involved in the interview process where open to all kind of questions and clarify the company needs and my questions

Test engineer
Good starting for Multinational company
Need to be fully independent
Senior account manager
Strong Brand long history in public safety and communications.
Long sales cycle. New hires are not giving ample time to ramp/properly align with frontline sellers to develop their territory; Quarterly quotas are close to impossible to a hit year one unless the deals are at the 5-yard line where others did the majority of work.
Very challenging work and good management
We are not attracting the top people and the stock is lagging
Senior network engineer
Nice people in the office.
Management is looking more for slaves than employees. There’s an expectation to be available 24/7, with no extra pay and no mention of that during the interview; you only find out once you're on the job. Mobbing. My manager stopped talking to me after I asked her to respect my free time outside of work and not expect me to answer the phone at any time, just because I might want a personal life. Reporting this to HR changed nothing, and eventually, I got fired.
