The compensations, food and work culture is good.
Not sure of the cons because of the limited time spent.
Anonymous employee
Lots of inclusions Multiply ways to contribute Great support systems and team members
There are a lot of products and can be overwhelming to understand the entire scope.
Auditor

I absolutely love working at Motorola Solutions! If you ever were working somewhere and went "I wish I could work somewhere where," "I wish I could work somewhere that would" well look no further! This IS THAT PLACE!
That I didn't come here sooner!
Director services sales
Can see that the work we do makes a diffence to our customers and the communities we live and work in.
These aren't bad ... be prepared to deliver and to be held accountable
The culture is great, no one micromanages you, everyone is super friendly, and you can work anytime and anywhere as long as your manager approves.
Compensation is not the best in the market.
Fiel

-The hours on the computer create an unhealthy routine.
Project manager
I’m working now 5 years for Motorola Solutions but before I was asked to join Motorola Solutions I was working with Motorola Solutions hired for a special Project via Ericsson UK due to a joint venture. I was delighted when I was asked to join Motorola Solutions directly which offer I happily accepted. As a Project Manager I’m managing complex Projects in several Countries related to Mission Critical Communication Networks for the Blue Light Services, Public Transport Organizations and Communities. This is a great job which I love a lot due to the many diverse challenges you come across giving you the opportunity to turn frequently into a solution minded approach. Also Customers expectation management including their Stakeholder is part of the job as you work in several countries. Working within Motorola Solutions is great. All the opportunities you have in several parts of our Organization, departments and Countries including the diversity of our Technology gives you great opportunities to find the perfect position in which you can develop yourself to become an Subject Matter Expert in which you can deliver major contributions for our Customers. Motorola Solutions is Globally the number ONE creator of Mission Critical Network Infrastructure and offers our Customers a total Turn-Key solution covering all their needs.
High workload with diverse challenges but to be honest, I was never promissed and easy job.
I met a couple of great people in a sea of stressed out people who had no sense of work life balance.
No advancement for administrative professionals. There’s always the worry that you’re part of the RIF. No one recognizes your work. The administrative community if very cliquey with an old fashioned mindset that doesn’t work in today’s administrative talent pool. Many of them believe in rank and function under a level of superiority that is toxic.
