Disorganize management.No respect to personal time.Not open to feedback. People in the .anagement level in sales do not motivate their people. What matters to them is to hit the target which is not realistic. No HMO for dependents.

Van rental was not true to Goldbell leasing..middle parties too extra $150-200 for themselves. Expected to complete COD jobs that were scams. Unrealistic expectations of parcel deliveries. 200 a day/ 3-400 a day after an event. Otherwise penalities ensued.

The feedback from sellers could be very harsh
